Former Microsoft and Conga Senior Executive Brings Operational Expertise to the Table
SEATTLE, WA – Dec. 13, 2022 – SirionLabs, global leader in AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM), today announced the appointment of Frank Holland to its Board of Directors. Holland brings more than two decades of experience in leadership roles in the high-tech industry to Sirion.
Holland’s extensive experience in the software space includes an outstanding track record of operational and strategic accomplishments. As the CEO of Apttus, he led the company’s 2020 merger with Conga. His expertise will be instrumental in helping Sirion to better engage, leverage and go to market with its alliance partner Salesforce. Sirion recently began listing its AI-driven CLM software on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Previously, Holland served as corporate vice president and general manager at Microsoft, where he built and led global teams for more than 20 years.
As corporate vice president of Dynamics at Microsoft, Holland led the growth of Microsoft’s CRM and ERP products, directing its global salesforce in delivering a portfolio of on-premise and cloud offerings. Additionally, he directed key aspects of Microsoft’s business expansion and competitive positioning efforts, including the customer-facing due diligence process associated with the $26 billion acquisition of LinkedIn in 2016. Holland previously ran Microsoft’s $4 billion advertising sales business.
“Frank joins the Sirion Board of Directors at a pivotal time for our company as we continue to scale operations and reinforce our leadership position in the CLM industry,” said Ajay Agrawal, founder and CEO of Sirion. “He’s regarded as one of the most innovative leaders in the software sector and his insight will be invaluable as we pursue our aggressive growth strategies.”

I’m thrilled to be coming onboard for the next stage of the Sirion journey.”
