Lehi, Utah, October 15, 2026: Sirion and Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte”) today announced a strategic US alliance to help organizations transform how they manage contract obligations and supplier relationships across the enterprise. The alliance combines Deloitte’s Legal Business Services (LBS) transformation experience with Sirion’s advanced, AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to streamline contracting processes, enhance visibility into contractual performance and help enable greater value for enterprises embarking on contracting technology transformations.
Deloitte and Sirion are expanding their collaboration on integrated AI-powered solutions that provide deeper visibility into commercial terms, supplier relationship data and contractual compliance across complex global supply chains. The alliance may also help connect contract data with broader enterprise systems including procurement, finance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. These capabilities are increasingly critical for a global organization’s digital core as CLM becomes a core consideration in ERP transformation projects.
« As organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys, the ability to manage contracts intelligently has become a strategic imperative, not just for legal teams, but for tax, finance, procurement and the broader enterprise,” said Carin Giuliante, chair and CEO, Deloitte Tax LLP. “By combining Deloitte’s deep experience in legal business services with Sirion’s AI-powered platform, we’re helping organizations unlock new levels of transparency, automation and control across their global operations. This alliance is about reimagining contract management as a driver of business value, insight, and risk mitigation in an increasingly complex world.”
« Sirion’s AI-first platform was built to handle the complexity of global supply chains and financial relationships,” said Ajay Agrawal, CEO, Sirion. “Our alliance with Deloitte may help organizations harness the power of AI to promote contract compliance, enhance supplier performance and assist broader technology transformations, including ERP initiatives. »
« Contract lifecycle management is rapidly evolving from a back-office function to a strategic enabler of business transformation,” said Mark Ross, US Sirion alliance leader and Legal Business Services growth and markets leader, Deloitte Tax LLP. “By deepening our collaboration with Sirion, we are helping empower clients to unlock the full potential of their contract data, streamline supplier, and customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes across tax, legal and finance functions.”
The alliance underscores Deloitte and Sirion’s shared dedication to advancing AI-enabled legal technology as demand for CLM solutions continues to grow.
