Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters

Join us as an Alliances professional and play a pivotal role in building and scaling Sirion’s System Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem across the US region. In this role, you will develop strategic SI partnerships, drive joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives, enable partner success, and strengthen Sirion’s presence across the enterprise technology ecosystem.

Partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, you will turn strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes through partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell opportunities, enablement, and successful joint customer engagements.

This is a highly visible and execution-focused role where your ability to build trusted SI relationships and translate partnerships into pipeline and revenue will directly contribute to Sirion’s growth in the US market.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build & Scale SI Partnerships — Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners across the US, creating mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with Sirion’s growth strategy.
  • Drive Joint GTM & Co-Sell Motions — Own and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, account mapping, co-sell motions, and partner-led opportunities to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Manage Partner Opportunities — Track, manage, and maintain opportunities being jointly pursued with SI partners, ensuring strong governance, visibility, and execution throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Strengthen Partner Processes & Governance — Establish and continuously improve processes for tracking partner accounts, opportunities, pipeline, engagement, and overall partnership performance.
  • Facilitate Co-Selling — Connect Sirion and partner sales teams, acting as a key point of contact throughout the co-sell lifecycle, from opportunity identification and sales engagement through enablement and transition to delivery.
  • Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline — Monitor and report key partnership success metrics, including partner-sourced leads, influenced pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and partner-driven revenue outcomes.
  • Enable & Educate Partners — Conduct product awareness sessions and enablement programs for new and existing SI partners to strengthen their understanding and positioning of Sirion’s platform.
  • Support Joint Solutioning — Provide partners with pre-sales, product, demo, and marketing support, including product decks, use cases, product consulting, demo training, joint solutioning, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage Partner Agreements — Coordinate and manage commercial and contractual requirements with SI partners, including NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Mutual Subcontracting Agreements, and other partnership documentation.
  • Drive Partner Readiness — Create and maintain partner sandboxes and support partner enablement and certification programs to build scalable delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to execute partner strategy and deliver a seamless partner experience.

 

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

  • SI Partnerships Experience – Mandatory: Proven experience building, managing, and growing partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and/or Global System Integrators (GSIs) within the US market. Candidates must have hands-on experience working directly with SI partners and driving measurable business outcomes through these relationships.
  • Alliance & Ecosystem Expertise: Strong experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, partner management, or ecosystem development within an enterprise technology or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Joint GTM & Co-Sell Experience: Demonstrated experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, account mapping, pipeline development, and partner-led or partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Orientation: Proven ability to translate partnerships into measurable outcomes, including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, co-sell opportunities, and successful enterprise deals.
  • Enterprise SaaS Experience: Strong understanding of complex enterprise software sales cycles and experience working within enterprise SaaS, cloud, CLM, procurement, legal technology, or adjacent technology ecosystems.
  • Partner Enablement: Experience enabling SI partners through product training, certifications, sales enablement, demonstrations, solutioning, and joint customer engagements.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner leadership while also working effectively with sales, solution consulting, and delivery teams.
  • Commercial & Contractual Understanding: Familiarity with partnership agreements such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Mutual Subcontracting Agreements, and other SI partnership frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to represent Sirion effectively with strategic partners and senior stakeholders.
