Drive Enterprise Customer Success & Why This Role Matters

We are hiring a Project Manager to serve as the dedicated delivery lead for one of Sirion’s flagship Strategic Accounts, headquartered in New Jersey. This is not a shared-portfolio role. The Project Manager will be embedded with a single customer across every active phase and workstream of the Sirion engagement — from new implementations and additional phases through integrations, migrations, and expansion programs — serving as the customer’s single, named point of accountability for Sirion delivery.
Strategic Accounts of this scale receive white-glove delivery for a reason: the complexity, cross-business-unit scope, and visibility of the work demand a Project Manager who can drive methodology discipline and operate credibly with senior customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable on-site with the customer, can run a phase gate without flinching, and treats the customer’s success as the primary measure of their own.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Delivery Ownership

Serve as the single, named Project Manager for all Sirion delivery work at the assigned Strategic Account — new implementations, additional phases, integrations, migrations, and expansion programs.
Own end-to-end project planning, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and execution for every active workstream, in alignment with Sirion’s implementation methodology and phase gates.
Maintain a consolidated program view across simultaneous workstreams, surfacing dependencies, resource contention, and risks that would be invisible from any single project vantage.
Drive on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery against committed timelines, with clear escalation paths and executive-ready status reporting.

Customer Partnership

Build and maintain trusted working relationships with the customer’s program sponsors, business owners, IT leadership, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
Operate as the on-site Sirion face of the engagement — attending customer governance meetings, running steering committees, and representing Sirion in customer offices in New Jersey on a regular cadence.
Translate customer business objectives into delivery plans; translate delivery realities into language the customer’s executives can act on.

Manage change requests and scope adjustments with discipline — protecting both the customer’s outcomes and Sirion’s commercial interests.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate the Sirion delivery POD assigned to the account — Functional Consultants, Configuration (IS) resources, and Content specialists — ensuring the right skills are engaged at the right moments.
Partner with the account’s Customer Success Manager and Global Support contacts to ensure smooth handoffs at go-live and continuity across the full customer lifecycle.

Methodology & Quality
Enforce Sirion’s implementation methodology — phase gates, exit criteria, decision logs, risk registers, and status cadences — without exception.
Maintain thorough, auditable project documentation suitable for executive review, customer compliance requirements, and internal governance.
Model best-in-class program management for a Strategic Account engagement — the quality bar other PMs will reference.

Skills & experience You Bring To The Table

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS implementations, consulting delivery, or systems integration — with at least 3 years leading programs for Fortune 500 / Global 2000 customers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage customer VPs and C-suite stakeholders, including General Counsel, CPOs, CIOs, and procurement leadership.
  • Proven ability to run disciplined phase gates, risk management practices, and status reporting against committed timelines and budgets.
Based in New Jersey or willing to relocate; comfortable with a dedicated on-site presence at the customer’s New Jersey offices as the primary work pattern.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready reporting and run high-stakes stakeholder meetings.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP / PgMP certification preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or adjacent legal tech, procurement tech, or enterprise document/data domains.
Experience managing engagements that span multiple geographies, business units, or product lines within a single customer.
Comfort coordinating with globally distributed delivery teams, including U.S.- and India-based resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience in CLM, legal tech, procurement, or adjacent enterprise workflow or platform categories.
  • Experience with AI-native or complex enterprise SaaS platforms, translating technical capability into business value.
  • Familiarity with health-scoring frameworks and data-driven Customer Success operations.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation package for enterprise Customer Success includes a competitive base salary; a variable component tied to retention (GRR), and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO).
