The July 2025 release introduces updates that make enterprise contracting more seamless, accurate, and easier to manage. From embedded e-signature workflows and AI-powered help to cleaner admin controls and smarter APIs, Version 2.95 gives legal, procurement, and admin teams the tools to move faster with greater confidence.
Here’s what’s new.
Auto Extraction – Cleaner Metadata, Smarter Configuration
Smarter Field Creation and Mapping for AE Projects
Admins now have more precise control over how Auto Extraction (AE) fields create custom fields in Contracts and Contract Draft Requests. Field creation is checkbox-driven with audit logs for traceability, and Porting Configuration now clearly separates system and user-defined mappings.
Platform – Smarter Self-Service, Stronger Admin Controls
Modernized Help Experience with KnowSirion
The Help Manual has been completely rebuilt with AI-powered assistance, advanced navigation, and role-based content. Through smart search, users can access real-time answers and summaries faster than ever.
Track Pending Actions in Draft Requests
Pending workflow actions are now visible not only for Contracts but also for Contract Draft Requests (CDRs). The permission-based report supports up to 20K records, making ownership tracking much easier.
Cleaner Data and Streamlined Admin Settings
- Contract Line Item numeric inputs now accept only valid formats, preventing errors during integrations.
- Duplicate settings have been retired from Admin 1.0, simplifying configuration.
- Language Translation is now fully managed in Admin 2.0 with improved UI, audit logs, and downloads.
- Users can select their preferred date and time display formats, while admins maintain global defaults.
UI and Workflow Enhancements
- The Document Repository “Upload Link” has been refreshed with consistent labeling and icons.
- Workflow 2.0 flags such as “Enable Edit,” “Comment,” and “Secondary Create” are now supported across more entities.
- Conditional logic allows admins to include or exclude pricing tables during document generation based on negotiation stage.
Contract Management – Flexible Supplier Handling
Novation Now Supports All Suppliers
The Novation feature now displays all suppliers in the “Replace with Supplier” dropdown, regardless of user access. This aligns with global contract creation flexibility and simplifies supplier hierarchy adjustments.
B2B API – Smarter Integrations, Easier Role Management
Smarter Webhook Filters with Field-Based Rules
Webhook rules now support filtering based on both static and custom single-select and multi-select fields, enabling more precise and relevant event notifications.
API Support for User Role Groups (URG)
Admins can now create, search, update, and manage User Role Groups directly through the B2B API, improving integration with provisioning workflows.
